7. SMS Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time.

To stop receiving text messages from MOHI, reply STOP to any message.

After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your request. No further messages covered by that subscription will be sent unless you choose to opt in again.

If you wish to receive messages again, you may complete a new opt-in form or follow another available enrollment method.
