From the Front Line
Pastor Lex and our team of Haitian nationals spent this week in Camp Perrin again in response to the earthquake's devastation in that area. We are so grateful for the handful of Americans who responded to the need for medical professionals to serve the victims in Camp Perrin. Chel and Tony, who have served with us previously in Grand-Goave were joined by Robin, Cindy, and Aubree. The team was from across the US and the logistics of travel were a bit of a nightmare. If You See a Brother in Need
I want to give a thorough update about what your generosity toward the people of Haiti through MOHI has been accomplishing. I also want you to know that activities continued normally on all MOHI campuses this week. We are blessed to see so many of our Haitian friends step up to support the earthquake victims, too. Pastor Lex and a team from the mission have been in the south of Haiti for a full week now. We have been to les Cayes, les Anglais, Port Salut, and Camp Perrin.

Child sponsorship is back at Mission of Hope International. With the acquisition of the Christian Light School in Port-au-Prince, we have been working on a system to be able to keep that sponsorship program active and manageable. With help from the experts at Mission E4, we are on a good track! Pastor Lex is a great example of the impact child sponsorship can have on a child's life. He wasn't able to go to school until a missionary came to his village and opened a school.

Living Examples of the Gospel
What a joy to my heart to see my husband back in MOHI's Thozin pulpit this morning!!!! You have to understand, he just doesn't stay home from church. He was raised in a Christian home and Sunday morning he was in church. That's just the way it was. So, when he missed one, two, and then three Sunday services I KNEW he was really not well. God is so good. I am so grateful that He has raised him back up. Thank you so much to all of you who have been praying for him! Pasto
